HSI Wins FAA EnRoute Technical Assistance Support Services (ETASS) Contract
Washington, DC—January 24, 2012—Human Solutions, Inc., (HSI) announced today that FAA has awarded HSI a contract to provide engineering, professional, and technical services to support existing and future National Airspace System (NAS) initiatives.
The contract, titled EnRoute Technical Assistance Support Services (ETASS), has a ceiling value of $360M over a seven year period of performance. It is the second largest small business contract award in FAA history.
HSI has assembled a team of business partners with deep experience in supporting the highly complex programs critical to successful performance on the ETASS contract. These include Flatirons Solutions, AvMet Applications, Enroute Computer Solutions (ECS), Endeavor Systems, JMA Solutions, MCR, and Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC).

The ETASS contract provides for a broad set of technical and professional services to support operations in the EnRoute and Oceanic Service Unit as well as Technical Operations Services, System Operations Services and the Office of Technical Training organizations. Work under the ETASS contract will include such mission critical programs as EnRoute Automation Modernization (ERAM), Advance Technologies and Oceanic Procedures (ATOP), Weather and Radar Processor (WARP), Integrated Terminal Weather Systems (ITWS), Aviation Surface Observation Network (ASWON), Traffic Flow Management (TFM), and Data Communications, as well as other programs throughout the Air Traffic Organization (ATO).
